At PARCLICK we understand that making reservations online requires the Client's trust. We take this responsibility seriously, and being able to guarantee security and confidentiality is an absolute priority. This privacy policy is applicable to the data collected on our Platform and is designed to provide information on your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We hereby inform you that PARCLICK employs a Data Protection Officer under the GDPR who is available to respond to any doubts or queries you may have in relation to this issue, and can be contacted here.
The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the plural or singular form.
“Platform” is understood as: mobile applications and the web site (and the mobile version) where the Service is made available, belongs to, is controlled by, managed, maintained and/or hosted by PARCLICK.
“User” is understood as: a person who browses the Platform.
“Client” is understood as: a User who purchases one or more of the Services available on the Platform.
“PARCLICK”, “we”, “us” and “our” are understood as: PARCLICK, S.L., registered address in Madrid (Spain), 120 Nuñez de Balboa, Cink Coworking, Parclick office PO 28006 - Madrid.
“Service” is understood as: online reservation (including payment) of parking spaces, as well as other actions such as user registration, requests for information, inquiries via our online chat, phone calls, complaints, surveys and being added to waiting lists.
“Provider” is understood as: a provider of Services, like a car park.
In this privacy policy we explain all the services offered by PARCLICK which require the processing of your personal data.

The period of data retention necessary to maintain commercial relations or provide the services you have requested. Therefore, personal data which is not needed to provide you with a service will be frozen and only accessible by public authorities in the case of formal complaint within the time periods established by the respective regulations. Once the freeze period is over, the data will be deleted completely.

We gather information about you when you contact us via the channels designed for that purpose, such as contact forms, reservation forms and online registration forms, as well as when you send us your CV.
When you contact us via the above channels, we will request explicit consent to keep your email address, your name and address, your date of birth, national insurance number, vehicle information such as make, model or registration number, and additional information about your job and academic background if you are applying to work with us.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the forms are required. Leaving any of them blank may result in our being unable to provide the requested services. You must provide accurate information. Identity theft and the use of false names or pseudonyms are not allowed.
Upon providing any of the information you may be asked for, you may not make offensive remarks relating to brands, commercial names, names or pseudonyms for public figures which you are not authorised to use.
You must keep your basic information, passwords and access codes safe at all times. You are solely responsible for the use of your personal account, and therefore undertake to make diligent use of that information, not make it available to third parties, and to inform us immediately in the case of loss or theft.
To ensure that the information provided is always accurate and up-to-fate, you must inform PARCLICK as soon as possible of any changes to your personal data that may occur, via email or at this address.
Additionally, by clicking “I accept” (or its equivalent) on the above-mentioned forms, you agree that the information you have provided is truthful and accurate.
Indirectly obtained data
When you browse the web, various cookies and other tracking devices may be installed on your device, as explained in our cookies policy.
We may collect additional information relating to how you use our services, such as browsing history or reservations made online or using our app, or information on the location of the device you are browsing from, providing you have given your explicit consent to use it, for the purposes outlined in section 6 of this policy. This information may be used to analyse your profile, online behaviour, or consumer and browsing preferences, in order to improve the services offered by PARCLICK.
We consider all information processed by PARCLICK to have been freely provided.
If the personal information provided is of a third party, you must ensure that he/she has been made aware of this Privacy Policy and that you have his/her consent to pass on that information to PARCLICK for the purposes stated above. Furthermore, you must ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date, and take responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may occur as a result of failing to meet this obligation.
PARCLICK takes full responsibility for the processing of personal information for the following purposes:
Managing the online booking system and check-ins, addressing any incidents or inquiries arising therefrom, and dealing with any access-related issues.
Sending you promotions and discounts on future reservations.
Keeping you up-to-date on PARCLICK's products and services, such as sending news, information on events and other PARCLICK activities relating to leisure, travel, culture, art, music, food, environment, sport and technology, via paper and/or digital communications (email, text, etc.)
If you have chosen to activate location services on the device you are using to browse our services, we may use that information to improve our service, notifying you of the nearest car parks, and, if you have given us your consent, to send notifications, promotions and exclusive discounts. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings.
In this case, keeping you up-to-date on third party products and services relating to leisure, travel, tourism, transport, technology, environment and insurance, always communicated through Parclick, and, providing that you have given your explicit consent, via paper and/or digital communications (email, text, etc.)
Undertaking regular reviews of our services and carrying out customer satisfaction surveys in order to assess and improve the quality of the service we offer. The client may be contacted if we detect or have grounds to suspect fraud or identity theft.
Segmentation and profiling according to your interests and use of services, such as browsing history or reservations made online or using our app, in order to send the most relevant offers and promotions to each client, and thereby offering personalised services and information.

PARCLICK processes your personal information in accordance with the following legal bases, and according to both the type of information provided and the communications established with PARCLICK, as either User or Client.
The processing of your information for the purposes relating to the contact form, online registration, management of applicants, fraud management, and commercial communications or advertising related to PARCLICK's products and services is based on the legal relationship established between the two parties; that is, on management of your own requests, staying in contact, provision of the requested service, and, in this case, PARCLICK's own legal interests.
You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving commercial communications and advertising relating to PARCLICK's products and services by getting in touch with us via the authorised channels. Please note that when you unsubscribe, it can take a few days to come into effect.
The processing of your personal data for the purposes related to the sending of commercial communications of third parties through PARCLICK is based on your explicit, free and unequivocal consent, which is requested as soon as you are asked to provide information.
The processing of your location data with the purpose of improving the service provided, notifying you of the nearest car parks and sending notifications, promotions and exclusive discounts, is based on your explicit, free and unequivocal consent. You can withdraw consent in Settings, or by getting in touch with us via the authorised channels.
All our assignments of personal data are necessary for compliance with the above purposes, or with a legal obligation:
To public administrations and the administration of justice, and to Spanish law enforcement, in compliance with the legal obligations applicable to us.
To the PARCLICK providers with whom the client makes his or her reservation, in order to manage access to the car park, and providing the necessary information in each case, such as reservation number, registration plate, client contact number, etc.
Payment service provider companies (banks, payment gateways, etc.), for when the client makes a payment using one of these companies' services.
IT, maintenance and technical assistance service providers through which PARCLICK's services are provided.
We thereby inform you that any assignments of data are carried out in mind of all the necessary legal safeguards. We also guarantee that we only enter into specific contracts with each of our service providers, in accordance with regulation.
Equally, PARCLICK guarantees that when providers are based in countries outside the European Union or in countries considered to fall short of complying with data protection regulation, the necessary precautions are taken to ensure that data can be transferred securely, whether that be because the provider offers adequate guarantees or because any one of the exceptions outlined in the regulation has been met.

Right to rectification of any inaccurate personal information.
Right to erasure of personal information, when this is possible.

Upon receiving any communication from us, you may unsubscribe from receiving all previously accepted commercial communications by clicking on the option to unsubscribe which appears in that communication. Please note that when you first unsubscribe, it may take a few days to come into effect completely.
You are also informed that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you feel that we have been in breach of the legislation on data protection with regard to the processing of your personal information.
We only keep your data as long as it is necessary to offer you these services. Any data you provide through our channels is frozen as soon as it ceases to be necessary to managing the service, and is only made available in the case of a legal obligation (as requested by Spanish Law Enforcement or the Courts), just as when you choose to exercise your rights here.

We take full responsibility for the security of your personal information. In order to prevent unauthorised access to or the unauthorised release of personal information, we have taken the requisite measures both digitally and on paper, just as with the procedures in place to safeguard the information we collect from you.
Minors may not use the services available online without the prior consent of parents or legal guardians, who take sole responsibility for all online activity of minors in their care, including the accurate provision of minors' personal information on forms and checking the accompanying boxes. Since PARCLICK cannot assess whether or not users are minors, it is up to parents and guardians to undertake the necessary precautions to ensure that minors do not access our web page and/or provide personal information without supervision. PARCLICK assumes absolutely no responsibility in this regard.
We do our best to update our privacy policy every month. If changes are made, these will be clear, specific, and clearly indicated, and remain compliant with the conditions of the relationship we have established with you (for example, we may inform you of such changes via email).
