Bij aankomst op de parkeerplaats, presenteer u bij de slagboom. Neem het ticket niet mee: uw nummerplaat wordt automatisch gescand en herkend, dan gaat de deur open zonder enige actie van uw kant. In geval van een storing kunt u contact opnemen met onze assistentiedienst op afstand via de intercom.

NAAR DE UITSLUITING: Ga bij terugkomst op de parking binnen via een van de voetgangersingangen die uitgerust zijn met een digitale code. Voer de code in die u in het boekingsformulier of in de bevestigingsmail vindt. Als het voertuig is opgehaald, meldt u zich dan voor de slagboom bij de uitgang. Uw kenteken wordt op dezelfde manier herkend als bij de ingang en de slagboom opent zonder dat u iets hoeft te doen.

TOEGANG VOOR VOETGANGERS: Gebruik de toegangscode die op de parkeervoucher staat vermeld.

OPGELET: U kunt de parking betreden tot één uur voor de in uw reservering vermelde tijd. Als u buiten dit tijdsbestek van één uur de parkeergarage probeert te betreden, zal de slagboom niet opengaan. Houdt u er echter rekening mee dat de extra tijd in rekening wordt gebracht, ongeacht of u vóór of na de in uw reservering vermelde tijden aankomt of vertrekt, afhankelijk van de tarieven die de parkeergarage op dat moment aanbiedt. In deze gevallen ontvangt u een kwitantie voor de extra in rekening gebrachte tijd aan het einde van uw boeking.

GEEN GARANTIE OP EEN PARKEERPLEK IN DEZE PARKEERGARAGE. Er is geen voorrang bij binnenkomst; je zult in de rij moeten staan of wachten als de parkeergarage vol is.
