During the purchasing process, select the date you plan to arrive. After making the online payment you will receive a voucher via email with you reservation code.
To enjoy the service just get to the parking lot on the selected day, pick a ticket and park in any empty spot. Once you're out of the car, approach the booth with the Parclick voucher and our staff will exchange it for a smart card that will allow you multiple entries and exits during your stay.
IF THERE'S NO STAFF AND THE CAR PARK IS CLOSED:
When you get to the car park, call +34 635 717 633 FREE using the same phone number you stated on your reservation. The door will open automatically to let you in.
Once inside, look for the parking spaces NON RESERVED in the first floor, park and exit the car park using the pedestrian door.
Whether you want to enter the car park with your car or on foot, or to exit the car park with your car, you must call the number mentioned above in order to open the door.
