The license plate recognition system didn't work for our rental car, but the staff member was very helpful, and we didn't have problems for the rest of the week. Our car was large, so we parked the bottom level, as there were many available spots there.

We arrived and the barrier did not lift so we contacted the parking attendant who said to wait and he arrived with a coded ticket and explained how we used it to get in and out. He then suggested where best to park to avoid the larger ventilation ducts.
