OM TOEGANG TE KRIJGEN TOT DE PARKEERGARAGE: Bij je aankomst bij de parkeergarage, stop je voor de slagboom. NEEM GEEN TICKET. Wacht een paar seconden en je kenteken wordt automatisch herkend door de lezer. De slagboom gaat open zonder dat je iets hoeft te doen. Mocht de lezer je kenteken niet herkennen, NEEM GEEN TICKET en druk op de informatieknop bij de ingang en geef je reservering en kenteken door. Het Remote Assistance-personeel zal je reservering opzoeken en de slagboom voor je openen, zodat je bij het uitrijden niets meer hoeft te doen.
BIJ JE VERTREK: Stop voor de slagboom. De kentekenlezer zal je voertuig herkennen, net als bij je aankomst in de parkeergarage, zonder dat je iets hoeft te doen. Als de kentekenlezer je voertuig niet herkent, neem dan contact op met het Remote Assistance-personeel via de intercom bij de slagboom.
VOETGANGERSTOEGANG: Gebruik de intercom bij de voetgangersingang en volg de instructies van het personeel. Als de intercom niet werkt, bel het nummer dat in je reservering staat.
LET OP: Je kunt de parkeergarage betreden tot een uur voor de geplande tijd van je reservering. Als je probeert toegang te krijgen tot de parkeergarage buiten dit tijdsvenster van een uur, zal de slagboom niet openen. Houd er echter rekening mee dat extra tijd in rekening wordt gebracht, of je nu eerder aankomt of later vertrekt dan de aangegeven uren in je reservering, afhankelijk van de lokale tarieven van de parkeergarage op dat moment. In deze gevallen ontvang je aan het einde van je reservering de bijbehorende factuur voor de extra tijd.

The number plate recognition system did not work. We had to take a ticket which did not work to give pedestrian access to the parking. Each time to access by foot or to leave the parking we had to speak to a person, sometimes with difficulty

Parking bien situé, mais la lecture des plaques ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de sortir sans appeler un numéro de secours, introuvable hors horaires (7h-15h, fermé week-ends et jours fériés). Pas de possibilité de faire activer un pass. Très peu pratique
