THE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: You’ll receive an email and an SMS with the name and number of the person who will pick up your car at the terminal. If these don't come through, call the number on the Parclick voucher an hour before your pick-up time. You must call from the number linked with your reservation, so they put you in contact with the right person.
UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: Let us know by calling 15 minutes before you arrive at the terminal. We’ll be waiting to pick up your car. Before handing the keys to the driver, show him your Parclick reservation.
THE DAY BEFORE YOUR RETURN: You’ll receive an email and an SMS with the name and number of the person who will drop off your car at the terminal.
UPON YOUR RETURN: Let us know by calling once you’ve arrived. We’ll be waiting with your car at the same place in the terminal where we picked up your car.
UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: Let us know by calling 15 minutes before you arrive at the terminal. We’ll be waiting to pick up your car. Before handing the keys to the driver, show him your Parclick reservation.
